4 January - 1st Photo shoot

I met Franz through a lady at the OWC. Franz has a modeling agency in Bangalore and often needs foreign models for shoots. I decided "why not" and did my 1st shoot yesterday. It was a shoot for a marketing campaign for an IT company. It actually felt great to wear "corporate clothing" for the 1st time in 9 months.

Jacqueline did the makeup for the shoot and had a lot of fun doing it! She has made a few contacts in the industry and might be able to do more shoots in future.

Lights, camera, "shoot"...I never realised how much work and effort goes into a shoot. From the assistant taping the bottom of our shoes so that we don't dirty the back drop, the directors, assistant arranging refreshments, models and of course the photographer! O, and don't forget the makeup artist!!!

While we were busy in the studio, Marc took a walk through the residential area where he had the entire neighborhood’s kids running after him, clambering to have their photographs taken. They hounded Marc to take photo's of pigeons, cows and other surroundings. They then insisted on looking at the photo on the LCD trying to touch their image
